Payment, shipping, and returns
These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases made through our retail store, café, website, and wholesale supply services. By purchasing goods or services from us, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time without prior notice. Updated terms will be published on our website.
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.
Retail & Café Customers 1.Pricing:
All pricing is subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors.
2. Payment: Payment is required at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed.
We accept: Cash, EFTPOS, Visa, Mastercard, Other approved digital payment systems. Surcharges may apply to some payment methods.
3. Returns & Exchanges (Retail)
Under Australian Consumer Law, customers are entitled to a refund, replacement, or repair if a product is:
Faulty, Not as described, Unsafe
We do not offer refunds for change of mind purchases unless otherwise stated.
If we choose to allow an exchange for change of mind:
• Items must be returned within 7 days
• Items must be unused and in original packaging
• Proof of purchase is required
4.Gift cards: Are valid for 3 years from date of purchase in accordance with Australian law, Are not redeemable for cash, Must be treated like cash (lost or stolen cards cannot be replaced)
5.Liability;While we take reasonable care, we are not liable for: Allergic reactions where ingredients are listed or available upon request, Loss or damage to personal property while visiting our premises.
Customers with allergies should inform staff prior to ordering.
Wholesale / Trade;
These terms apply to trade clients including hotels, accommodation providers, interior designers, hospitality venues, and corporate buyers.
6. Pricing (Wholesale)
Wholesale pricing is confidential and available only to approved trade customers. Prices: Are exclusive of GST unless stated, May change due to supplier cost increases, freight, or material costs, Are valid at time of quotation only
Quotes are generally valid for 14 days unless otherwise stated. 7.Payment Terms
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
Wholesale orders must be paid: Pro-forma prior to dispatch, or Within 7–14 days for approved credit accounts.
Late payments may incur:Interest charges, Suspension of account privileges, Recovery costs. Ownership of goods remains with us until payment is received in full.
8. Delivery & Freight;Freight costs are:
Calculated at checkout or quotation, Charged at cost unless otherwise stated
Delivery timeframes are estimates only.
We are not liable for delays caused by:
Freight companies, Supplier delays, Weather events, Circumstances outside our control. 9. Damaged or Missing Goods;
Customers must inspect deliveries upon arrival. Any damage, shortage, or incorrect goods must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.Claims made after this time may not be accepted.
10. Returns (Wholesale) Returns are generally not accepted for change of mind.
If approved, returns may: Incur a restocking fee (typically 15–25%), Require return freight to be paid by the customer, Custom orders and special orders cannot be returned.
11.Custom Orders / Procurement
For items sourced or manufactured specifically for a client: A 100% deposit may be required Orders cannot be cancelled, Lead times are estimates only
12. Title of Goods:Ownership of goods remains with us until payment is received in full. We reserve the right to recover goods if payment terms are breached.
13. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law:
